It’s one scaffolding system that uses steel tubes and clamps to create a framework for temporary working platform or shoring scaffolding at different heights. The system consists of vertical tubes and horizontal tubes fixed firmly by using different clamps, creating a sturdy structure that can support the weight of workers and all related materials.

The popular length in 1m/1.5m/2m/2.5m/3m/4m/5m/6m/6.4m, and it’s popular surface treatment is in Pre-galvanized/Hot-dip-galvanized.
WB Scaffolding couplers consist of pressed or forged Double Couplers, Single couplers, Swivel couplers, Sleeve Coupler, Beam Clamps, Board clamps, etc in hot-dip-galvanized or galvanized surface treatment.
All WB Tube&clamp scaffolding meets the requirements of BS 1139 or BS EN 12811 standard.

Tube&clamp scaffolding’s most remarkable specificity is its economical and high flexibility, which could be applied in almost all building structures. It is often combined with other modular scaffolds to increase their flexibility.
Basing on production process, the couplers are divided into forged couplers and pressed couplers. Basing on different market, it is divided into British Couplers, Japanese Couplers, Korean Clamps, German Couplers, Spanish Couplers, etc. For more reusage, scaffolding couplers T-Bolts 1/2”, Nuts&Washer 21mm are also available. Couplers are commonly packaged by wooden pallets: around 25pcs/woven bag, 40 bags/pallet, 20 pallets/20ft container. Webuild Steel pipe is mainly use 48.3mm steel tube according to BS 1139 or BS EN 39:2001 standard. The surface treatment of steel tubes are mainly electra-galvanized and hot-dip-galvanized. If the tube is rusty or bent, it’s not allowed to use.
