Shoring Props
Shoring props are one of the most popular and convenient temporary structural shorings in construction to provide vertical support. They are typically used to prevent walls, columns, or floors from collapsing during construction or repair work.
WB shoring props produced by high strength tube in Q355/Q235/Q195, welded by auto tube welding machines. Props are safe, durable and easy on installation.
Shoring props surface treatment contains HDG, powder coated and painted. These treatment can meet your different requirements and budget. Basing on the difference of specification and fittings, Webuild steel props could be divided into Spanish Prop, Middle East Prop, German Prop, Italian Prop, and Push Pull Props. According to its loading capacity, it could be divided into Heavy-duty Props, Middle-duty Props, and Light-duty Props. Tubes commonly use φ60.3mm, φ56mm, φ48mm. Thickness is in 2mm to 4mm.
These props are widely used to road, bridge construction, formwork support Civil building, commercial building’s floor support, bridge and subway support, etc.

CLEAR THREAD
The thread is directly extruded by the machine, so the thread is clear and the force is even.No thread falling off.
Important Instructions:
- Once erection is finished, double-check the props before use.
- Respect the prop spacing in accordance with the project.
- Prop load capacities and engineer’s design must be observed.
- The load acting on the prop is vertical and centred. No horizontal loads act on the prop.
- Check formwork and prop erection before concrete pouring.
- Pouring has to be done from heights which do not cause strong shaking of the formwork or the props.
- Avoid the sudden emptying of the concrete bucket onto the formwork.
- Formwork stripping and prop removal is only carried out when the concrete strength is sufficiently high.
- Before starting any dismantling operation, check the state of the props.
- After removal, props should not be irregularly piled up.
